Manual Manipulations

Spinal Manipulation Therapy (SMT) is a form of manual therapy that is used to treat a variety of muscle and nerve conditions. SMT is used to reduce pain, improve function, and restore normal mobility to the spine and joints. A gentle thrust to specific joints of the spine is applied to restore normal joint motion and function.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture uses very fine needles that are inserted into the body to provide relief from pain by increasing blood flow to the area, reducing muscle tension, and promoting overall healing. Acupuncture can help with muscle sprains/strains and nerve conditions.

Muscle Release

Muscle release is used to treat a variety of conditions ranging from chronic pain to muscle tension. The process uses specialized techniques to release tight muscles and fascia, which can help decrease pain, improve range of motion, and improve overall functionality.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a form of manual therapy that helps to improve flexibility, joint range of motion, and mobility. FST works on the 'fascial system' which is a complex network of connective tissues that attach, stabilize, and enclose muscles and organs in the body. FST is a technique involving the application of sustained pressure to the fascia while the body is taken through a range of motion.
